The Story behind

Eine Frau ist in Gedanken und vollkommen bei sich. Kampfspuren bedecken ihr Gesicht, doch dies hindert sie nicht Lippenstift zu tragen. Schweiß, Dreck und Schmutz tropfen ihr vom Gesicht. Dieser Spuren sind aber nicht Schande, sondern Ehrung und Zeichen ihrer Kraft. Diese Spuren sind deshalb in Blattgold veredelt. Acryl auf Leinwand und Blattgold in der Veredelung.

Dieses Werk ist mit Schattenfugenrahmen ausgestattet, der Rahmen greift das partielle Blattgold auf der Sichtkante auf.

A woman is in thought and completely present. Battle scars cover her face, but this doesn't stop her from wearing lipstick. Sweat, dirt and grime drip from her face. These traces are not a disgrace, but rather an honor and a sign of their power. These traces are therefore refined in gold leaf. Acrylic on canvas and gold leaf in the finishing.

This work is equipped with a shadow gap frame, the frame picks up the partial gold leaf on the visible edge.
